Paul Johnson – Palm Desert San Pablo

Paul Johnson joined Windermere’s Palm Desert San Pablo office located at 44-530 San Pablo Avenue, Suite 101. Born and raised in the Coachella Valley, Paul studied at College of the Desert and Cal State San Bernardino. Paul’s strong ties to the local community are reflected by his volunteer work with his church and, as a parent, in his active participation in school and community sports programs.

For the past 10 years, Paul worked as a home appraiser, accessing thousands of properties throughout the Coachella Valley. His highly regarded work as an appraiser gives Paul an advantage when it comes to working with his buyers and sellers. Paul has also worked in various capacities with real estate investors, developing market analysis and projected profit margins on their real estate investments.

Grady McGuire – Palm Springs South

Windermere’s Palm Springs South office was pleased to welcome Grady McGuire to their office located at 2465 E Palm Canyon Drive, Suite 120. Grady has been a real estate professional for 15 years. Grady’s background includes an extensive history of sales success with notable companies such as the Bose Corporation and BMW. At Bose alone, Grady was responsible for $50 million dollars in sales for the company with a service territory that included 250 Sam’s Clubs and 400 Target stores in 25 states.

Noted by former brokerages for his top level of real estate production, Grady has assisted his buyers in sellers in millions of dollars of real estate transactions from Palm Springs to Palm Desert. William Ruegge – Palm Desert Portola

Windermere’s Palm Desert Portola office welcomed William Ruegge to their location at 73-993 Highway 111. An avid golfer, William fell in love with the desert’s beauty, weather and, of course, access to numerous, notable golf courses, including his favorite at PGA West, and chose to make the Coachella Valley his home. Prior to his work in real estate, William owned and operated his own retail business in the Florida Keys for many years.

A seasoned Realtor® of 15 years, William was the owner and broker of his own real estate office for 6 years. William’s extensive knowledge of the real estate industry covers the full southern region of the United States, from North Carolina to California. He has worked extensively with buyers from their first-time home purchases to their relocation needs to the purchase of their vacation homes. William has also assisted his clients with their investment properties and leasing.
