Being The Best Was The Goal – Becoming #1 Was The Result

Friday, February 26th, 2010

“We didn’t plan to be #1 in home sales in the Coachella Valley. We planned to be the best real estate company in the desert area. Becoming #1 was the result,” said Windermere SoCal co-owners Bob Bennion and Bob Deville at yesterday’s All-Agent meeting held at the Rancho Rancho Las Palmas Resort and Spa in Rancho Mirage.

Keynote speaker, Patrick Veling, Principal of Real Data Strategies, discussed Windermere’s current market dominance and strategies for 2010. All strategies and statistics aside, everyone was in agreement that the ultimate goal, as always, is to provide the best real estate solutions and services to our valued home buyers and sellers.

He is currently deployed in Okinawa Japan for one year returning July 2010. He has served three terms in Iraq and was there when our son was born (now 5 years old). Born in Kalispell, Montana, he currently resides in Libby, Montana (Where we live for part of the year) and is a Lincoln County Sheriff in Libby.
