Windermere Real Estate SoCal’s latest office comes to the vibrant Hillcrest/Mission Hills area.
 

Windermere Real Estate SoCal opens its doors on October 15th to its latest San Diego office on the border of Hillcrest and Mission Hills. The office, located at 265 W. Washington Street, sits at the entrance to the Mission Hills Business District.

“We are excited to continue expanding our presence in the San Diego market and are definitely pleased to be able to offer our agents and their clients this fantastic mid-city location,” said Kirk Gregor, Managing Broker for the new Windermere office. “As a company known for offering unparalleled agent support, the abundance of real estate professionals moving to our brokerage necessitated opening another location.”

The new office location will allow Windermere agents selling in Mid-City neighborhoods, such as Kenningston, Mission Valley, Normal Heights and North Park, a more centrally located office in which to meet buyers and sellers. The new Hillcrest/Mission Hills location will also serve to link Windermere Real Estate’s already established presence with their two East County offices in La Mesa and La Mesa Village, their North County offices in CarlsbadCarmel Valley andSolana Beach, as well as with their San Diego Downtown affiliate,Windermere Signature Properties.

Windermere’s First Float in the 4th!

Windermere agents from all over San Diego County participated in the 64th Annual Independence Parade in Coronado Island this past Wednesday. Windermere Real Estate SoCal made its inaugural debut as Float #104 winding its way down Orange Avenue during the 4th of July festivities.

“We received great audience response from the thousands of attendees along the route– lots of cheers and waves. Our agents are already excited and beginning to plan for next year’s parade,” said Kirk Gregor, Windermere SoCal’s Director of Office Development.

Agents, brokers and their families assembled from the La Mesa, Carmel Valley, Carlsbad and Solana Beach offices to prepare for the parade, building the float in La Mesa, deconstructing it for the transport over to Coronado Island then reassembling it again starting at 5 a.m. Wednesday morning.
