Broker Bruce Blomgren, with Windermere’s Indian Wells Luxury Homes and Estates Division (74-996 Highway 111), has long been identified as one of the TOP LEADERS within Coachella Valley’s extensive luxury home market. A seasoned and very successful real estate Broker since 1980, Bruce has represented buyers and sellers with over $700M in closed sales over the years at many of the Valley’s most prestigious addresses: Bighorn Golf Club, Mirada Estates, The Reserve, The Tradition, Desert Horizons Country Club, and more. Residing in the desert since 1984, the Bruce Blomgren brand has come to symbolize an exceptional First Class real estate experience. Representing a list of ‘Who’s Who’ throughout the desert, Bruce, his son Keith Blomgren, also a Broker Associate, and their team of professionals deliver the stellar real estate experience his buyers and sellers deserve and expect. “It’s really simple,” says Bruce. “I treat my clients as I would like to be treated, and we work very hard to exceed their expectations.” He clearly succeeds; a large part of Bruce’s business consists of repeat clients, and the friends, family and business associates they refer.
Respected by all, clients and fellow agents appreciate his friendly, easy-going nature and his relaxed sense of humor, but underneath his laid back demeanor, Bruce is a recognized powerhouse in the Coachella Valley luxury real estate market and gets the job done. As an Executive Director with Windermere’s Premier Properties Program, Bruce is at the leading edge, assisting his buyers and sellers in navigating through a challenging market offering great opportunities.
“Bruce does business in a way we all appreciate,” says Bob Deville, co-owner, Windermere Southern California. “We’re very proud that he and Keith are a part of the Windermere family. We share the same great values: Honesty, reliability, and integrity. At the end of the day, the customer is satisfied. That’s why we’re here…that’s why we’re the market leader.”
Robert & Tracy relocated to the desert area from the Northern California Bay Area in 2009 and they formed the Robert & Tracy Real Estate Group, specializing in gated communities and luxury homes throughout the desert.
Robert Downing, Broker Associate and a licensed Realtor® since 2001, began his real estate career selling new homes and eventually managing a real estate sales team. Robert’s extensive managerial experience complements his longtime passion for selling homes, and this experience serves his clients well.
Tracy Boomer has been a licensed Realtor® since 1990. A gifted real estate negotiator, he successfully represents buyers and sellers across a broad spectrum, from entry level and investment properties to luxury estates. Together Robert & Tracy’s combined Real Estate career brings over 3 decades of real estate sales experience, over $500M in sales volume, more than 1,100 successful escrows and a very high customer satisfaction rate.
Rounding out the Robert & Tracy Group are Buyer Specialists Tanya Burak, a valley resident since 1990 and Realtor® since 2000, and Adam Engleman, a licensed Realtor® since 2004. Together they present a team dedicated to matching a buyer’s criteria with the ultimate home and lifestyle.
“The Robert & Tracy Real Estate Group is a great addition to the Windermere family,” says Bob Deville, co-owner, Windermere Southern California. “Their clients appreciate the combined value of this exceptional team and the legendary service and features of the Windermere brand.”
Windermere is proud to welcome Hedy Goldman to its Solana Beach office (124 Lomas Santa Fe, Suite 206). Hedy brings nearly two decades of successful Southern California real estate experience to her buyers and sellers, success built upon a firm foundation as a teacher, applying her Bachelor’s degree from Boston University. “My students loved my energy and my enthusiasm,” says Hedy. “I always went that extra mile, hoping to inspire them to reach their full potential.”
She employs those same characteristics today in serving her real estate clients, and she keeps them coming back with repeat business and referrals. “In any business, customer service is key. If your clients know you will always look out for them and provide reliably great service, they’ll come back every time.”
What made Hedy take on real estate? “I had always been an investor, and I loved it,” she replies. “As an agent, I am able to put that passion and insight to work for my buyers and sellers. Windermere has a great management staff; we all seem to share the same energy.”
Hedy’s background includes more than 30 years of business management and development experience. She specializes in north coastal properties, and includes multi-unit properties among her specialties. She is also a certified Short Sales and Foreclosures Resource (SFR).
“We’re thrilled to have Hedy join with Windermere,” says Bob Deville, co-owner, Windermere SoCal. “She illustrates the experienced, well-rounded professional qualities Windermere agents are known for, and she’s a welcome addition to our family.”
Windermere recognizes Diane Williams and the Diane Williams team at its Palm Desert San Pablo office (44-530 San Pablo Avenue, Suite 101). Diane incorporates her extensive professional marketing background in serving her desert real estate clients, and this valuable experience serves her clients well. With over $41M in 2011 sales, she ranks among the top 10 of 4000+ real estate professionals in the three most important categories (sales volume, number of properties sold, and average sales price).
A Windermere Premier Executive Director, Diane helps shape the Coachella Valley luxury market with finely-honed sales techniques and a keen market insight.
“Diane not only represents some of the most prestigious clients and properties in the desert,” notes Bob Deville, co-owner, Windermere Southern California. “She willingly serves as mentor, sharing the benefit of her own success and, in doing so, raising the bar for us all.”
A resident of the Coachella Valley since 1986, Diane understands the subtleties of the diverse and complicated desert market. Serving a broad range of discerning clients, she guides buyers and sellers smoothly through each transaction with the integrity and professionalism her clients have relied upon for nearly a decade. “We provide each of our clients with the finest service, start to finish,” says Diane. “Buyers and sellers clearly understand and appreciate the value we bring to the table.”
Diane’s ongoing success is built upon an impressive blend of experience, market savvy, and community involvement. She currently serves on the Local Candidate Recommendation Committee (LCRC), an association of Realtors® appointed to interview candidates running for City Council. She was recently appointed to serve on the City of Palm Desert Marketing Committee. An avid golfer, she has distinguished herself in state and national golf competitions. Her clients benefit from her intricate knowledge of golf courses and their architects through her 20 years of rating golf courses in southern California.
Question: Why are Winderemere Indian Wells agents Kerry Anderson, Sybill Allen, Sherry Owens, and Colleen Pappas all wearing fluorescent green uniforms? To honor St Patrick’s Day? Good guess, but no shillelagh…when they’re not helping their clients buy and sell incredible Coachella Valley homes, they’re volunteering at the BNP Paribas Open. The what? The BNP Paribas Open!
Folks identify the Coachella Valley with a lot of wonderful things…perfect weather (always)…great dining, fabulous shopping, golf, and TENNIS. The 37th BNP Paribas Open, the granddaddy of tennis tournaments, is held right here at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. The 37th BNP Paribas Open is the largest combined professional tennis tournament in the world. With play daily from March 11 through March 20, there are over 300 professional players with $9M in prize money (split equally between male and female pros). There’s plenty of room for everyone, too…Indian Wells Tennis Garden’s Stadium One is the second largest court in the world, with 16,100 seats. And right in the center of it all: volunteers Sybill Allen, Sherry Owens, Colleen Pappas, and Kerry Anderson (who has been volunteering with the tournament for 10 years). The professional tournament volunteer committees include ball kid coordinators, credentials, gates, information, lost & found, special events, transportation, ushers, and more. Aside from their love of the sport, the volunteers all appreciate that the tournament contributes to The Champions Volunteer Foundation which benefits youth recreational, educational and well-care programs including Foundation for the Retarded, Martha’s Kitchen, Palm Springs Stroke Activity Center, Boys & Girls Club, Shelter From the Storm, Gilda’s Club, Palm Desert Family YMCA, and the Coachella Valley Rescue Mission.
Oh, and for an extra point…who knows what the tournament is named after? Give up? BNP Paribas, headquartered in Paris, is the world’s biggest bank.
See? Windermere has all the right answers.
Nikki Reisman has a gift for visualizing shape and color, and consigning it to canvas for the world to enjoy.
Nikki, an agent with Windermere’s Rancho Mirage office, has had art in her soul since she was a young girl. Was she good? “It kept me quiet,” she replies with a grin.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, she graduated from New York’s Vassar College with a BA in Art History, which she put to work teaching high school art. When broader horizons beckoned, she moved to Minneapolis and built an interior plant business. (“It was all the rage back then.”) Next stop: 10 years as a stockbroker with E.F. Hutton and Smith Barney…and another 15 years running her own restaurant: Nikki’s Café and Bar. “It was all great fun,” she says. “But in 2000, I was tired of the snow, and I bought property in Ben Lomond, in California’s Santa Cruz Mountains. From there, it was an easy move in 2003 to the desert…and here I am!”
Building upon her native talent for drawing, Nikki paints bold abstract pieces on oversized canvases, employing color, depth and contrast, and often surprising herself as the work matures. “Sometimes I’ll come back to a painting and I’ll realize it’s not finished,” she notes. “Art is always evolving; it can say different things at different times.” Nikki’s work is represented by Colin Fisher Studios, Perez Road, Cathedral City.
Nikki applies equally exceptional insight and vision to the needs of her Windermere clients, and is available to help you with your next home purchase or sale. Nikki can be reached at 760-770-6801.
Windermere takes exceptional pleasure in congratulating Valery Neuman, Broker Associate with Windermere’s Indian Wells Luxury Homes and Estates division (74-996 Highway 111). A consistently top producing agent, Valery has again been named by the Palm Desert Board of Realtors as the leading agent for her sales for 2011, closing the highest volume of real estate sales transactions (in dollars) in the Coachella Valley. Making her accomplishment all the more notable, this marks her third consecutive year earning this top distinction: in 2009, Valery closed over $58 million in combined sales transactions; in 2010, she surpassed her own record with combined sales exceeding $80 million, and in 2011, her combined sales were more than $52 million.
Valery, a licensed real estate professional in the desert for over two decades, represents a prestigious core of international buyers and sellers for the most sophisticated estates and properties across the Coachella Valley. A large part of her success is rooted in repeat clientele and referrals. An integral member of the Windermere Premier Properties program, Valery is at the leading edge of the Valley’s luxury market. She commands a dedicated team whose experience and backgrounds include escrow coordinating, advertising, and contract administration, and clients clearly appreciate this total package of customer service; her sales in the current year already include several high end properties, including a $10.5 million sale at Bighorn.
Crediting outstanding professionalism and work ethic for this impressive success, Bob Deville, co-owner, Windermere Southern California, is proud to recognize Valery’s remarkable accomplishment. “Valery Neuman represents the best of what our business has to offer, and we are justifiably proud that she and her team call Windermere home. Windermere has, in just ten short years, become the real estate market leader in the Coachella Valley. We share her dedication to providing the finest service in the industry.”
Many people are unaware of the difficulties of helping a loved one deal with Alzheimer’s disease, an illness sometimes nicknamed ‘the long goodbye’ because as the condition slowly advances it steals the memories of its victims, who for years can remain in good physical health.
Judy Genton, an agent with Windermere’s Indian Wells Main office, knows the challenges faced by family members and caregivers of those suffering from Alzheimer’s. In 2011, she became a caregiver for the second time in 3 years. With the same dedication and drive she shows to her buying and selling real estate clients, she is working to support the fight against this condition. Judy recognizes and supports the work of the Five Star Club, an Eisenhower-sponsored day care center for loved ones with Alzheimer’s and a support center for caregivers. “If you’ve had or have someone close to you affected by this disease, you know how hard it is to see a family go through it,” says Judy. “The Five Star Club provides invaluable support and assistance to these families.”
On Saturday, March 3, as part of her dedicated effort to raise awareness of Alzheimer’s, Judy is participating with the Five Star Club Team in the Alzheimer’s Association 2012 Walk to End Alzheimer’s. She encourages those who would like to support this important work to join the Walk and/or donate. “The pressures brought on by this disease are difficult to comprehend. The support and relief provided by organizations such as the Five Star Club can be unbelievably instrumental in helping family members and other caregivers get through,” says Judy.
Tax-deductible contributions to the Five Star Club Team will go directly to the Alzheimer’s Association. Details about the March 3 walk in Palm Desert, as well as information on how to donate, can be found by clicking HERE.
If you’d like to talk with Judy about your real estate needs, she can be reached at 760-773-3958.
