Windermere Real Estate jumped in boots first at the North County Association of Realtors Chili Cook-Off, held at the Belly Up in Solana Beach last month.  About 150 happy party-goers had tons of fun tasting 23 different chili recipes and line dancing to a live band. Windermere’s new office at 124 Lomas Santa Fe, Suite 206 is going like gangbusters, with clients thrilled to have another local Windermere location.
