Kirk is a native of Seattle, Washington, and a Graduate of the University of Washington with a degree in Liberal Arts. He brings a diverse background and plethora of knowledge to Windermere real estate. Kirk realized early in his life that he enjoyed working with people and the value of providing exemplary customer service. His career experiences include management in the hospitality industry, sales in commercial office & computer products, and the banking and financial sector. He also worked as a Registered Representative for an Investment firm.

In 2001 He joined The Tecton Corporation as an Assistant Business Manager. Kirk’s property management experiences include the oversight of operations and maintenance of two luxury communities in the prominent downtown Seattle neighborhood of Belltown.

He relocated to Palm Springs in early 2002 to join the Windermere Coachella Valley team. There as Director of Operations, he assisted with the growth of the franchise from one office with 4 agents to 12 offices and over 480 agents in the local market. He also assisted with the development of the Southern California growth from 6 offices to over 20 in 6.5 years.

Kirk relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area in June 2009 where he partnered up with a business associate to broker his own real estate company. He grew his offices to 2 locations with over 30 agents. This opportunity afforded him the experience that the fast-paced San Francisco market place offers. At his second location in Oakland he was also able to learn the intricate East Bay real estate markets.

In early 2011, he left the Bay Area to return to Southern California to join Windermere once again. This time he accepted the position as Director of Office Development. Kirk is excited to bring his most recent expertise and experiences such as his broad real estate technology background, and his mentoring /development skills to head up the new San Diego and Orange County offices as Windermere SoCal.
