A full time broker/associate since 1977, Jan has experience in residential, mobile home, investment, and land transactions. She owned a successful brokerage firm in the San Jose area prior to moving to Sun City Palm Desert in 2000. Experience includes 34 years as a California real estate licensee. People and pactical skills have been honed from past experience in the airline industry, restaurant owner, hotel administration, electronics, and as a horse breeder/trainer for 20 years. A second generation Californian with ranching roots in the San Joaquin Valley, Jan is proud of her 3 children and 4 grandchildren. Her daughter is a successful agent in the Morgan Hill/Gilroy area.
Certified as an ERA Relocation Specialist, Certified Corporate Property Specialist, and Seniors Real Estate Specialist. Community involvement includes actively volunteering at Pegasus Handicapped Riding facility, as well as 2 years as President of a horse club with certificatiion in Horse Show Management. Also giving back to my community as a block captain with the Emergency Preparedness Committee.
