Troy’s wide range of skills and background are valued assets that enable us to provide excellent service and support to our agents and staff.

Before beginning his business career, Troy served in the United States Navy as an Operations Specialist aboard the aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson. His term in the Navy included two Western Pacific tours, a tour to Korea and numerous ports of call.

A transfer to civilian life took Troy to a mid-sized law firm in San Francisco’s Financial District in 1997 where he began his journey in human resources and business management. In 2004 Troy moved to Southern California where he broadened his experience in positions like Benefits Specialist administering benefits for more than 1300 employees and Business Manager for a tax and accounting practice.

Troy is a member of the Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA) and is a registered Notary Public.
