Joseph ‘Jody’ Lexa has over 30 years in-depth real estate experience as a real estate attorney and REALTOR®.

He received his Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Wake Forest University, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He attended law school at Wake Forest and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina in Columbia in 1979. He is a member of the Florida Bar.

Jody is delighted to be an Associate Broker with Southern California’s premier real estate firm, Windermere, at their flagship office in Rancho Mirage. From here, Jody offers his extensive knowledge of real estate, technology and business to assist his clients to take advantage of a market recovering from the recession. Jody sees this point in time as a particularly opportune time for his clients and enjoys helping them achieve their goals.
