I am a Realtor who LOVES working in her Real Estate business! I have strong relationships with investors who will pay cash and close quickly on difficult real estate properties.

I also have recently earned my SRES designation which gives me a distinction in real estate as someone who can help seniors and baby boomers with their various real estate needs. There are over 80 million of us and we have special needs from time to time, needing to sell the long time family home or purchasing a second home that will eventually become the home to retire in. Many boomers today move back toward parents to help with those needs as our parents age. There are estate sales, probate sales, trust sales and, of course, helping our kids and grandkids buy their first home!

I work all over San Diego but enjoy working in Mt. Helix, Rancho San Diego, Bay Park and Coronado!
