Originally from the Midwest, I moved here from Detroit with my husband, Dr. Dan Coden, in 1985 and have loved living in the San Diego area for over 25 years. I raised my 3 children in San Diego and have been involved in the community and the local schools, both public and private, since my oldest daughter was born in 1989. I am intimately familiar with the schools, sports, arts, and entertainment in and around San Diego, from our spectacular downtown to La Jolla, Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe, and up the coast and inland. My prior experience as a CPA, certified public accountant, gives me the perfect background to understand real estate transactions and the resulting tax consequences. My involvement in the local schools, managing soccer teams and enjoying the benefits of life in San Diego, makes me the perfect choice to help you buy a home or sell your home.
